Both versions of Sigma Media Player software may be downloaded from the "Download page" on this website (here).

The activation of Sigma Media PLayer Pro version requires a License key (Registration key), which is issued by Sigma Media Player's Support Department.
You can use our secure online shopping cart to make your purchase and pay with your Visa or Mastercard.
Your Sigma Media Player Pro license key will usually be available within minutes of completing the purchase.
The procedure is as follows: On receipt of a Purchase Order, Sigma Media Player Support will issue a License Key, which entitles the customer to the software components ordered, subject to payment. An invoice will be issued by Sigma Media Player Support following the License Key.
When the license key is available and activated, an email notification will be sent to the contact email provided.

You will receive two emails:

1. Confirming your entire order.

2. Email with a "Registration key".

You can activate the software immediately or return to your email to get your key later.

The License Key (Registration Key) email will be something like:

Many thanks for your purchase. Your registration key is "40bMWT77LeBa5H1W".
Copy and paste your registration key into the software at the appropriate menu (of course, the above example is not a working key!).
Please keep your registration key safe.

Please bear in mind that occasionally payment notification emails can get delayed, either within our eCommerce providers but also within our or your own email systems.

Also you can see your License Key in the menu "My subscription" when you log in to your account at Sigma Media Player website. You need to copy the License Key and enter it when asked during installation of the software or later via Help menu of the Sigma Media Player Pro, to activate and use the Pro version of the player.
